CoinsGeeks Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using coinsgeeks.com ("CoinsGeeks," "the site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

2. What CoinsGeeks is

CoinsGeeks aggregates and displays cryptocurrency market data — prices, market capitalization, trading volume, rankings, exchange information, and related news — and offers optional tools (watchlist, portfolio tracker) for registered users.

CoinsGeeks is not a financial advisor, broker, or exchange. Nothing on the site constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. Market data is aggregated from third-party sources (primarily CoinGecko's public API) and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Digital assets are highly volatile; you could lose some or all of your capital. Always do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using email/password or by signing in with Google. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at legal@coinsgeeks.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape or bulk-extract data from the site outside of any API we may separately offer; attempt to disrupt or overload the service; use the site for any unlawful purpose; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Third-party links and affiliate relationships

CoinsGeeks contains links to third-party exchanges and services, including affiliate/referral links (e.g. the "Buy" options on coin listings). We may earn a commission when you sign up or transact through these links, at no extra cost to you. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, the content, security, or practices of any third-party site you reach through a link on CoinsGeeks — that includes the exchanges we link to. Evaluate any third-party service independently before using it.

6. Intellectual property

The CoinsGeeks name, logo, and site design are owned by CoinsGeeks LLC. Market data displayed is sourced from and remains subject to the terms of the underlying data providers (e.g. CoinGecko). You may not reproduce, redistribute, or scrape site content for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its data are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinsGeeks LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including financial losses from trading or investment decisions — arising from your use of the site or reliance on its data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms. You may stop using the site or delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
